Customers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully throughout the tour. Wooib Travel Deals reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a customer engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive to other travelers.
While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, Wooib Travel Deals reserves the right to make changes due to weather conditions, road closures, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
Accommodation and transport arrangements are made based on availability and package selection. Room allocations, vehicle types, and seating arrangements are at the discretion of the service providers and Wooib Travel Deals.
Wooib Travel Deals may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you notify us in writing of your objection.
Any complaints regarding our services must be reported to our team immediately during the tour or within 7 days of tour completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
